Saturday 10th of February Riverside hosted our first Women’s Conference in 5 years. We were joined by over 250 women from many different churches, some from Southwell, across the county and beyond. We welcomed guest Speaker Jo Hargreaves to lead on our theme of being ‘Fearfully and Wonderfully Made’.

We also heard seminars from Riverside speakers and were led in wonderful song and praise by some of the worship team.

Saturday 2nd of March a ‘Soup and Roll Lunch with Cake Stall’ was held to raise funds for the New Kapporet Christian Helpline (0808 801 0585).

Homemade soups, wonderful cakes (and much laughter) raised £526.

Our thanks go to all who contributed and attended this event.

There will be a Youth Away Weekend at Stathern 8th - 10th March.

This is usually a well attended, exciting event for our young people and an exciting (but exhausting event) for our Youth Workers.

We look forward to a baptism service for young people and adults on 24th March at 11am.

We also continue to support a number of projects in the community
