Church web site
Holy Trinity is part of the Church of England. It is Bible-based and has contemporary, lively, informal services and a large thriving congregation of members from Southwell and surrounding villages. Although the building is Victorian, the facilities at Trinity are modern and welcoming. The spire of Trinity is a recognizable landmark on the Southwell landscape.
Sunday Services are at 9.00am and 10.30am, with refreshments served between services.
House Groups & Interest Groups
These are a key part of Trinity and most Groups meet fortnightly. Interest groups for Ladies (meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month) and Men’s breakfast bi-monthly on a Saturday morning at 8.00am also take place.
Connections & Moments
Every Wednesday from 10:00am, a time of friendship over coffee and cake with a light lunch at 12:00. Everyone is welcome to come along and join occasional activities or not, as you please. Last Wednesday of each month is Moments; all of the above, plus activities specially suitable for those living with dementia and their carers.
Living with Loss
Launched in April 2023, this is an informal support group for those in our church and community who are experiencing any kind of loss. It meets in church on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month 10:30-12.00, at the same time as Connection or Moments, meaning the church is already open. Those attending can stay for lunch.
