Dwelling Place - SBC Craft & Chatter SBC Coffee Plus - East Bridgford Garden Centre RS More events...
  • Dwelling Place - SBC09:30 - 14:30Join us on first Friday of the month between 09:30 and 14:30 pm Are you looking for somewhere to meet up with friends on a Friday? Try the Dwelling place for home baked food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. If you find yourself on your own, pop in for a chat - you will find someone to talk to and share a coffee with. You can also browse items hand crafted, available to purchase.
  • Craft & Chatter SBC10:00 - 12:00The Craft and Chatter group meets every first and third Friday mornings at The Dwelling Place from 10am – 12 noon. Anyone is welcome to come and enjoy good company, chat and refreshments while crafting and exchanging ideas. Activities currently on offer are knitting, crocheting, embroidery, tapestry and colouring or bring your own project. Members have made Fiddle Muffs which have been given to homes catering for people suffering with dementia. They have also made fabric bags, fabric activity kits, puppets, scarves, hats, hair bands, mittens, hats, bangle bags, pencil cases, purses and knitted bags for the Christmas shoebox appeal.
  • Coffee Plus - East Bridgford Garden Centre RS10:30 - 12:00Coffee Plus will meet on the first Friday of every month at East Bridgford Garden Centre in a reserved designated airy space just for us. Roof vents are open and we are in the Cafe overflow area within the cyclamen border. Please book on Church Suite or Contact Helen Humphries:- humphrieshelen@gmail.com for more information.   • Living with loss HT10:00 - 12:00LIVING WITH LOSS is a supportive group that meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month 10am-12pm (coffee & cake provided). It is for those who are experiencing any kind of loss. It is very informal and welcoming, and is for people to join in with as and when they feel the need.   • Coffee Plus North - RS10:30 - 12:00We are excited to announce the launch of a NEW 'Coffee Plus' event, which will take place in the north of our county... 'Coffee Plus NORTH'! Following on from the success of our usual 'Coffee Plus' events, a team of Riversiders have organised to meet at the Daffodil Tearooms in Eakring, Newark (NG22 0BL) on the last Friday of every month from 10:30am-12pm. All are welcome for teas, cakes, chatter and fellowship!
